Students Presenting at the End of the Summer together

During our end-of-the-summer get-together, students Matthew Gagea, Maria Horak, Mathilda Smith, Delwrick Nanthou, and Maya Patel showcased their impressive work from the past year. The event provided a platform for them to present their research findings and accomplishments. Following the engaging presentations, we enjoyed a delightful pizza gathering, fostering camaraderie and celebrating their hard work.

Students and Teachers presenting at the AAPT and PERC Conference

Clausell Mathis, Abigail Daane, Delwrick Nanthou, and teachers from our PLC groups made impactful presentations at the American Association of Physics Teachers Conference and the Physics Education Research Conference in Sacramento, CA. Clausell (and Leslie) presented at the AERA, APS, and NARST conference

Clausell had an exciting lineup of presentations scheduled, but due to a fortunate but challenging double booking, he was slated to present at both the American Education Research Association Conference in Chicago and the American Physical Society April Meeting (APS-April) in Minneapolis. To overcome this clash, Leslie Chamberlain, a supportive collaborator, graciously stepped in to present Clausell’s poster at the American Education Research Association Conference.
