What made you interested in our work

I teach at an HBCU, and I’ve felt very much that physics materials were not designed for my students. I’ve also always had as one of my core learning objectives that students should see the physics they learn at work in their lives and communities.

Main research project

Student learning and student reasoning. The culturally relevant physics project is currently my primary project.
