What made you interested in our work
I love being a part of the Lyman Briggs community and I’m passionate about what it means to be a Briggsie and Spartan! I think our research on implementing cultural relevance into the classroom is extremely fascinating and meaningful. As a Lyman Briggs alum who recently completed LB Physics, I was excited to be involved in a project where I could use my unique perspective as a former student to help enhance my peers’ understanding and interest in physics. Working with Dr. Mathis and everyone on the team has been such an incredible experience and I am extremely grateful for having the opportunity to be a part of this project.
